Essential skills and experience
• At least 3 years experience building tailored UAVs for different applications
• Technical skills relating to UAVs construction, testing, maintenance and repair
• Must be able to integrate a range of payload sensors, gimbals and cameras
• Good knowledge and experience of Cube autopilots and associated software
• Good knowledge of relevant RF and electronics/ power interaction
• Drone pilot for at least 3 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail / meticulous
• Responsibility for your own and others Health, Safety and Welfare
Desirable skills and experience
You will ideally also have the following skills and experience:
• Excellent understanding of UK and EASA drone regulations
• Experience in UAV training, either commercially or in the military
• Industry-specific experience, e.g. surveying, thermography, media, agriculture, etc.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards, CE marking and other relevant certifications
• Experience in BVLOS operations
• Degree or equivalent level qualification in science/related subject preferred but not essential
