We are proud of playing a part in this WFP project where, following a successful first field testing in Lyon, Peter Opdam, our CEO, went to Rome for a demonstration at WFP HQ of an emergency connectivity restoration system with a tailored Dark Matter hX tethered drone.
The Wifi signal can cover a 3sq km area when flown at 100m altitude, increasing the communication coverage area significantly.
The capacity of a high-res dual sensor payload for security purposes was also demonstrated.
